Then came the word of the Lord to Jeremiah, saying, “Send to all the exiles, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord concerning Shemaiah the Nehelamite, “Because Shemaiah has prophesied to you, although I did not send him, and he has made you trust in a lie,” therefore thus says the Lord, “Behold, I am about to … Continue reading Are You Believing in a Lie?
Bible Studies
For the past year the Lord has been having me write chronological studies of books of the New Testament. And I have been keeping those in collections on my computer by books of the Bible. My husband has encouraged me to create a new category and subcategories for those who might want to read these particular studies by book. Each one is from my personal devotions and they may not cover every verse or every chapter, and they might be in reverse order by chapter since that is the order in which they were posted, i.e. the last will appear first. This is a work in progress, so this may take me a while to recategorize and retag each post. I hope and pray this is beneficial to you.
What is For Our Good?

World Domination, Tyranny, and Oppression
“Men of low degree are only vanity and men of rank are a lie;In the balances they go up;They are together lighter than breath.Do not trust in oppressionAnd do not vainly hope in robbery; If riches increase, do not set your heart upon them.” (Psalm 62:9-10 NASB1995) I wondered what was meant by “men of low … Continue reading World Domination, Tyranny, and Oppression
Don’t Believe The Lies!
“How long will you assail a man,That you may murder him, all of you,Like a leaning wall, like a tottering fence? They have counseled only to thrust him down from his high position; They delight in falsehood; They bless with their mouth,But inwardly they curse. Selah. My soul, wait in silence for God only,For my hope is from … Continue reading Don’t Believe The Lies!
Careless of Conduct
Proverbs 19 Select Verses NASB1995 1 Better is a poor man who walks in his integrityThan he who is perverse in speech and is a fool.3 The foolishness of man ruins his way,And his heart rages against the Lord.5 A false witness will not go unpunished,And he who tells lies will not escape.15 Laziness casts … Continue reading Careless of Conduct
