Hello to all my wonderful friends out there in the blogging world. I would ask that you pray for me for I am having a time trying to stay awake during the day, especially when I sit down to write my daily devotions. I feel this is an attack from the enemy, but God has allowed it for a purpose, but I would ask you that you pray for God to give me the strength that I need to persevere through this trial and to keep trusting the Lord for all that I need to keep serving him in the way he has called me to do. Thank you so much!

    • EC, I don’t know your age. I am pushing 69, so some of it is age, but this has been really bad lately, and continuous, and usually worse whenever I start to write, so I figured I was under attack, and that is why I asked for prayer. So, thanks! The prayers are working!

  7. Are you okay? Praying that nothing is wrong with your health and that when you sleep you sleep deeply so you have full rest! Rest and sleep is a promise and so is strength! Keep confessing what belongs to you dear sister!

    • J.S. – Thank you! Yes, as far as I know I am healthy. And, I sleep through the night just fine, so I am getting enough rest. Because this is so focused on when I sit down to write, I believe this was an attack from Satan, and that God wanted me to call on the body of Christ to pray, and praise the Lord, it is working! All glory to God!

    • Hazel, Thank you so much! You are such an encouragement to me. I don’t know if I ever told you this, but when I first began this blog I did not have many readers, but you got on here nearly every day and “liked” what God had given me to write, and so every day I prayed, “Thank you, Lord, for Pure Glory.” It was God who kept me going, obviously, but he used you to encourage me when I didn’t have the readers that I have now, so thank you for being there all this time, and thank you, as well, for your prayers, and God is answering your prayers.

      • Praise God! God has many things for you to do and you are not finished yer! The best is yet to come. It is grid to know that I was an encouragement to you. Pure Glory was started 9 years ago and I learned much about publishing the blog on Word Press over the years. When we obey the promptings of Holy Spirit, amazing things happen.
