Sadly so, tis true. At least the first part is sad that this is what “church” has become here in America, and what church really is seems to be dead and gone, for the most part. The true body of Christ still exists, but it is not being operated much at all in America as the biblical body of Christ is supposed to work properly, with each part doing its work, with Christ as the head, and with God/Christ directing his body where he wants them to go. So much is now about marketing the “church” to the world, thus altering the character of God, and the gospel, and the church gatherings to make them more acceptable and appealing to the ungodly. And that is very sad, indeed!!
Yes there are too many white washed tombs today. We are in this world but not to be like the world, We are the body not the buildings where we gather, and if one part of the body is sick it makes the whole body suffers, I pray we remedy this before it is too late. Thank you for sharing this with us all.
