Revelation 13:1-2 BSB (Berean Standard Bible)

“1Then I saw a beast with ten horns and seven heads rising out of the sea. There were ten royal crowns on its horns and blasphemous names on its heads. 2The beast I saw was like a leopard, with the feet of a bear and the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority.”

The Beast

Who is this beast? There are varied thoughts on this subject. I believe this is speaking of a one world totalitarian regime comprised of the wealthy and powerful elite of the world who are the ones truly running the world and my nation (the USA). They are the de facto government of the USA, not those who are in government positions within my nation who are just puppets. And I believe the puppet government of the USA is the harlot who is riding the beast. In fact, the vehicle that our presidents ride in is named, “The Beast.”

The US government has served this beast, perhaps all 250 years since the USA was formed as a nation, if they ever indeed did really separate from England, which some of us believe they may not have done. So much of what we were taught about our nation throughout our lives were lies. So our history books are filled with lies which we believed for a long time. And the bombing of Pearl Harbor, the destruction of the world trade centers on 9/11/01, and war after war with other nations were the working of the USA.

And who is the dragon mentioned here? Satan! And the more that I learn about the men and women who served in positions of rule and authority over my nation, especially the presidents, the more I am realizing how utterly evil these people are and that they are of Satan. They may give the appearance of all goodness outwardly, but when you dig into their histories, and you see their connections with the occult and with Satanic rituals, you begin to realize who these people really are “behind the curtain.” Not good!

Revelation 13:7-10 BSB (Berean Standard Bible)

7Then the beast was permitted to wage war against the saints and to conquer them, and it was given authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation. 8And all who dwell on the earth will worship the beast—all whose names have not been written from the foundation of the world in the Book of Life belonging to the Lamb who was slain.

9He who has an ear, let him hear:
10“If anyone is destined for captivity,
into captivity he will go;
if anyone is to die by the sword,
by the sword he must be killed.”
Here is a call for the perseverance and faith of the saints.

Christian Persecution

This one world totalitarian regime is still forming into what is intended to be the finished product, and it looks like it won’t be long before all nations of the world will be underneath its authority, if they are not already. They call it the “New World Order.” And Christian persecution is on the rise, from what I can tell, and it will only get much worse. And we may not see the kind of Christian persecution in the USA as what we see in the news as is happening in other nations, but it is here, just in a different form right now.

For one, I believe our president, in his apparent push to get all people to be Christians or to adhere to Christian principles, is leading many people to hate Christians and Christianity, which I believe is the intended result. And that is because he claims to be a Christian but his words and his lifestyle do not match the biblical requirements for being a Christian. So he is, in essence, turning people away from Christianity, and many are clumping us all together with him, and so we get hated right along with him.

False Church, False Gospel

The other thing that has been going on for many years is we have many “wolves in sheep’s clothing” among us serving in positions of pastors in these “churches” which are partnered with the state (the government) and the world in unholy unions, which God forbids. And they are being run like businesses, and are being marketed to the people of the world, and so many have, thus, diluted the gospel to make it less offensive. And so many are believing they don’t have to obey God and they don’t have to repent of sin.

But it isn’t just that. Many of them are attacking us who are following the Lord with our lives, who have denied self, died to sin, and who are walking in obedience to our Lord and to his commands in holy living, in the power of God, by the grace of God. And for those of us who are publicly sharing the truth of the gospel, we have people coming against us who are claiming that we are teaching “works salvation,” and they are convincing many people to not listen to what we are teaching. And many people are believing the lies.

The Division

So, what we have now are those who are on the side of believing in a diluted false gospel which makes no requirements of them that they must die to sin (repent) and follow Jesus in obedience to his commands. They are rejecting the gospel taught by Jesus and by his New Testament apostles who taught we must deny self, die to sin, and obey God as necessary requirements for salvation from sin and for eternal life with God. So the diluted gospel people are not on the side of God and of righteousness, but on the side of the flesh.

So they are also not the persecuted ones because they are not living for the Lord, obeying his commands, and forsaking their sinful practices. For they are on the side of the world which worships the beast and not on the side of those who worship the Lord, who bow to his Lordship, and who do as he commands, in life practice. But those who serve the Lord with their lives are the persecuted ones who will be and are being persecuted and put to death for their faith. Here is a call for the perseverance and faith of the saints.

Jesus Christ is gently calling
You to follow Him in all ways.
Trust Him with your life today.
Make Him your Lord and your Savior.
Turn from your sin. Follow Jesus.
He will forgive you of your sin;
Cleanse your heart, made new within.

Men betraying: Our trust fraying.
On our knees to God we’re praying,
Seeking God to give us answers
That are only found in Him.
God is sovereign over all things.
Nothing from His mind escaping.
He has all things under His command,
And will work all for good.

Jesus Christ is gently calling
You to follow Him in all ways.

Men deceiving: We’re believing
In our Lord, and interceding
For our nation and its people
To obey their God today.
He is our hope for our future.
For our wounds He offers suture.
He is all we need for this life.
Trust Him with your life today.
