I Do Not Seal My Lips

There are things going on in my life which sometimes begin to stress me out. They trouble my mind. And, yes, they do have to do with people doing evil and succeeding in their plans, temporarily. And, sometimes my mind begins to race ahead thinking about such things, and I have to rein in those thoughts and bring them into submission to Jesus Christ. And, this morning was one of those times. But, sometimes the Lord has to prompt me in this. Praise the Lord for all these songs he has given me to write, for he uses them in my life all the time to speak his truths into my heart. And, while my mind was racing ahead this morning, he put this song into my mind, and it worked. I yielded to his sovereignty and gave this over to him.

Run With It

I think some of us or all of us at times get fearful when those who do evil succeed in their plans, and it is because we are not trusting in the Lord, and we are not resting in him; and/or it is because we believe somehow that evil can trump God, but it cannot!

Our God and Lord Jesus Christ is far above all rule and authority, power and dominion. God the Father has placed all things under Jesus’ feet. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. In everything he has the supremacy. Amen! He is the ruler of God’s creation; the head over every power and authority; and all angels, authorities and powers are in submission to him. Praise God!
